Please carefully review our pre-treatment, cancellation, and deposit policy before booking your appointment at Wen Beauty. These policies help us provide the highest level of service to every client while respecting the time of both our artists and clients.

Cancellation Policy

At Wen Beauty, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. We take pride in maintaining an efficient schedule to ensure all clients receive a seamless and professional experience at our East Hanover, NJ beauty studio.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone call or text.

This allows us to:

• Offer the time slot to another client

• Maintain fairness for our artists

• Continue delivering high-quality service

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the following fees:

• Services $100 or less: 50% of the service price

• Services over $100: $50 fee

Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be charged:

• 50% of the service total, or

• $50 (for services $100 or more)

⚠️ These fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.

Same-Day Appointments (Booked Within 24 Hours)

 

Appointments booked within 24 hours must be canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid:

• 50% service fee, or

• $50 cancellation charge

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen, and we allow a 10-minute grace period.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling

• If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show

Applicable fees:

• 50% of the service total, or

• $50 for services over $100
   

Deposit Policy

Certain services — especially semi-permanent makeup treatments — require additional time and preparation. These appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost

• If you cancel, the deposit will be converted into a credit on your account for future use
